The gardens are stunning, and the pool was a great escape! I really enjoyed using the small gym after some relaxing time in the spa, which, mind you, was a bit pricey but oh-so-worth it for the experience.
However, my room could have used a glow-up. it felt a tad tired. I might as well have checked in at the thrift store with how the staff seemed to be treating their best-kept secrets.

What they got right and wrong
The staff's attentiveness and warm hospitality made my stay memorable, while the elegant room design and luxurious spa treatments provided a perfect retreat.
The dining options nearby were quite limited,, making it challenging when seeking variety for meals.

I had the pleasure of staying at Hillocks Hotel & Spa for 7 nights in a Deluxe Garden View King Suite with 35% Off Spa. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, providing a tranquil retreat after days spent exploring. The pool area felt like an oasis, complete with stunning garden views, perfect for unwinding. Breakfast was a highlight with fresh, high-quality ingredients and daily changes to the menu. The staff was genuinely helpful and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. However, the location, while not too far from town, could offer more dining options nearby. A few more restaurant choices within walking distance would enhance the experience significantly. Despite this, my overall experience was fantastic, and I would gladly return.

Unfortunately, the restaurant's food was often bland, which didn't meet my expectations for such a highly-rated hotel.

I stayed for work in a Premier Garden View King Suite Spa and found the property exceptional. The spacious suite was beautifully decorated, providing a tranquil atmosphere that was perfect after long days of meetings. The staff was attentive and friendly. Lina at the Spa delivered one of the best massages I’ve ever experienced, helping me unwind completely. The nearby Joes Burger offered delicious meals just a short walk away.
Dining options nearby were somewhat limited.

Well, bless your heart, we just loved chillin' by that infinity pool lookin' at the gardens all day! The room was big and oh-so-comfy, and the staff treated us like family. Breakfast was a delight, especially them fresh fruits. Just a shame the spa didn’t live up to the rest of the place.

the breakfast was an absolute joke, especially on the last day, where we only got it from a menu, how exciting. and don’t even get me started on the gym. it’s dirty and old, like they just gave up on it completely. if only someone could’ve upgraded my room to compensate for all these shortcomings, I might’ve thought better of this place.

Recommend it for families seeking comfort
We had private tours arranged by the hotel drivers, Mr Rith and Mr Manoun. Their insights were very nice, sharing not just history but personal stories about their lives that really connected our teenagers to the culture.
It wasn’t the cheapest option, but honestly, this exceeded our expectations.
